Villa Description

Castaway Villa is an architectural masterpiece, where luxurious modern open spaces blend almost seamlessly into the tropical shoreline. In that spirit, the villa is eco-friendly, making use of solar hot water heaters as well as solar pool heater. The 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath house sits on one of the island's most secluded beaches in the prestigious, quiet community of Thompson Cove. Yet the villa is a quick 7 minute ride from the airport and just 10 minutes to Grace Bay where you can enjoy shopping, bars, and a wide variety of fine dining options.

The villa offers 7,925 square feet of total living space, augmented by vaulted ceilings. The house is furnished in a fusion of modern comfort and tough island elements, most notably in the great room, where a huge modern couch comfortably seating 8 adults harmonises with a long dining room table made from solid island reclaimed wood.

Whether your idea of getting away from it all entails soaking up sun while reading a book or out on the water looking for adventure, Castaway has everything you need. The soothing infinity pool area features 6 modern lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. The beach area also enjoys 6 large lounge chairs, a hammock, and two Wave Witch kayaks. The boats are designed for surfing big waves, and thus are extremely light and nimble no matter how rough the conditions. Castaway also has a wide variety of snorkeling gear, accommodating even the youngest of underwater enthusiasts. As you can see from the picture above on the right, Castaway beach is close to a number of large coral heads, many of which are in water less than 5 feet deep. It is also not uncommon to spot a sea turtle.
