The state-of-the-art kitchen has stainless steel Miele appliances, generous counter space, and is stocked with professional cookware. Cook up your own Caribbean creations or have professional chefs serve up traditional fare. Gather with your friends or family in the evenings in the indoor living area to enjoy conversation and fun, or a movie on the 58" flat screen television.

The custom made Brazilian mahogany windows feature wood shutters that open to allow the Caribbean breezes to pass through and surround you with the relaxing sound of the ocean.

Aja offers several gathering areas for relaxing and eating. Grill and dine in the outdoor patio while you enjoy cocktails and the warm Caribbean air. Enjoy the privacy of the infinity edge pool while you soak in the sun and cool off in the water.

With the outdoor living spaces at the heart of this villa, Aja offers outdoor living at its finest. Guests entering the property will marvel at the professionally landscaped grounds. Beautiful tall royal palms line the driveway of Aja and guests immediately will note the spectacular abundant and colourful tropical plants that surround the entire estate and fill out its various terraces, providing a truly stunning visual experience.
