Sunset Beach is a beautiful beachfront home on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, and was featured in the Morgan Freeman/Owen Wilson film, “The Big Bounce”. Located on the beautiful North Shore, this home is incredibly private and secluded behind secured gates.

Décor
This property is island contemporary with furnishing and design by Kreiss furniture, and is accentuated by artwork by the artist himself, Christian Riese Lassen.

Layout
Five bedrooms (home sleeps 10 comfortably) with an enormous master suite, complete with private bathroom, office area and sitting area. The Master bed looks out directly to the ocean. The four additional guest bedrooms, two with private entrances (Three upstairs, one downstairs), are furnished with Queen sized beds and each has its own private bathroom. There are also five and a half bathrooms (four in bedrooms, one by the downstairs guest room one in the gym).
The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the pool and backyard area and the room is complete with two wall mounted flat-screen televisions, surround sound, VCR/DVD player and 5-disc CD player
Don’t forget the complete home gym and workout area A kitchen complete with sub-zero refrigerator, modern kitchen appliances and necessary cooking and eating utensils, dining room seats eight (8) is ideal for those who love to entertain.

Audio Visual
A flat-screen television and surround sound system are in each bedroom as well as pre-selected music channels on surround sound in the entire house. There is also wireless internet and phone & fax

Getting There

A rental car is recommended. Or guests may take a taxi transfer from the airport to the villa.
