Villa Description

On the south side of Puerto Vallarta where the noise and tumults are silenced by the wilderness, beautiful views and landscapes you can find our lovely ocean Villa Cosmica. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or in search of a place that allows you to be as wild as you wish without any concerns of unhappy neighbors, this villa is the perfect spot.

This magnificent villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two more bathrooms are available for guests, one in the living room and the other near the pool next to our unique TV and Game Room. The latter is located on the lowest part of the villa and resembles a pink stone cave beneath the villa and is fully equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, Poker table and air-conditioning.

The kitchen is covered with Mexican tiles and its colorful decoration makes it worth waking up every morning. The dining and living rooms are underneath a huge 26 feet palapa, equipped with stereo and wireless internet. The most beautiful part of Villa Cosmica is its distribution as all the areas are connected to each other. The ocean view pool terrace has a grill area, as well as a heated pool and Jacuzzi, here you can enjoy a pool day and have an exquisite BBQ at the same time. The villa also has a fully equipped laundry room.

Villa Cosmica is located between Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlan, two of the most famous beaches in the south side of Puerto Vallarta, there you can take a water taxi to many exotic beaches in The Bandera's Bay area.

Puerto Vallarta lies along Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the Western Hemisphere. It is located 352 kilometers (219 miles) from Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco, and it is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The region has many forests, rivers and waterfalls, with an average temperature of 27�C (80�F).

Of its many attractions Playa Mismaloya, which gained fame from the film "The Night of the Iguana", is a popular celebrity hangout. The impressive rock formations of Los Arcos emerge from the bay's crystalline waters, which are great for diving and discovering incredible underwater mountains and steeps. The city hall has murals painted by Manuel Lepe, and the Malecon (sea wall) is adorned with romantic bronze sculptures. What's more, the streets of downtown offer shops and galleries that sell local paintings and sculptures of local artists. The city, known for its top-notch services, also has golf courses, boutiques and a marina.

In Puerto Vallarta you can enjoy the exquisite regional cuisine of Jalisco, that so many people have come to love, and the terraces of open-air restaurants, where you can watch cruise ships roll in as you take in an incredible sunset.

Sport fishing is just one of many activities you can do during your stay in Puerto Vallarta. Each year, during the month of November, the International Sailfish Fishing Tournament takes place. Other activities available in this region are eco-tourism, extreme sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boating, golfing and nightlife.
