Villa Description
Mystique, reputed to be the largest villa on the island at 21,000 square feet, is home to five Grand Villa Suites, three pools and a full gym. There is also an optional garden junior suite which is perfectly suited for a guest’s personal staff. With two bridges leading into the main floor living areas and expansive travertine decks, this is the perfect choice for moonlit dinner parties or intimate wedding receptions.
The master bedrooms, fittingly called the Grand Villa Suites , are an elegant retreat with double showers, a signature infinity-edge bathtub, generous dressing closet and a sitting nook with daybed for enjoying afternoon tea or simply relaxing before a sunset massage. The Loft Junior Suite sits atop the villa with a private balcony, kitchenette, and direct access to the rooftop terrace.
Service here is paramount. Be spoiled by your private villa chef’s sumptuous creations and let your very own Concierge Privé arrange anything you desire….from rejuvenating spa treatments to shopping excursions on St. Barths. There is also twice-daily housekeeping service, a laundress, a groundsman and evening security. Additional rate-inclusive services include welcome wine basket, afternoon canapés, complimentary transport to/from Maundays Bay beach, complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas at Maundays Bay, and signing privileges at world-renowned Cap Juluca’s three restaurants – Pimms, Kemia, and George’s
Inclusive of the 380-square foot garden suite which can be added to create a sixth bedroom, this architectural wonder can accommodate up to 12 persons.

Getting There
Guest arriving at the Ferry terminal or at Wallblake airport will be met by a staff member and escorted to a taxi which will then transport them to the property.
Villa Policy
- A maximum number of 12 guests
- Children are welcome
- No pets in the Villa
- A $2,000 refundable security deposit applies to all villa rentals. Reports of any damages will be submitted within 5 days of departure.
- Guests are billed a government-imposed, tourism marketing levy of $1 per person/per night upon departure.
- Guests are billed a 15% service charge on all grocery provisioning.
- For rollaway beds, there is a charge is $75 per bed/per night
- Guests are charged a standard phone/fax fee of $50, per week.
- Guests are required to sign the Sheriva Release of Liability form on check-in. For minors, parents must sign on each child's behalf.
- Guests are charged a 5% surcharge on all activities/services they booked while here (i.e. snorkeling, massages, babysitter, boat charter, etc.)
- Sheriva requires Pre-Arrival information at least 7 days in advance of guest arrival. Certain items (i.e. Kosher food) is not abundant on Anguilla and therefore this information is to be provided in a timely manner
- Check-in: 3 PM
- Check-out: 11 AM (Late Check-out after 1 PM may be available upon request. Hourly surcharge applies)

Special Events
For weddings or group events, there is an additional event fee which includes: use of the new Events Pavilion, event diningware, event service staff, and development-liaison services. The event fee starts at ~$4500 and is billed on departure and appears on the final bill. Other related event costs will be billed to guests (i.e. equipment rentals, live entertainment, interior décor services) unless part of a promotional package.
