Villa Description
Just a convenient 15 minute walk to Cruz Bay, this villa is right next door to Mandavilla, on Mandavilla's west side. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Ylang Ylang is built on two levels and features lovely ocean views of Cruz Bay's harbor and St. Thomas beyond, and sparkling seas to the horizon.
You may rent just Ylang Ylang for one to four persons, or you may also rent Ginger Thomas and/or Mandavilla (Ylang Ylang's two adjacent sister villas) together, to sleep up to 12 persons in three separate villas. Although these villas are next door to each other, privacy between the three properties is well maintained.
As of winter, 2009, there is a new home being built on the lot next door to Ginger Thomas. It's steel-beam construction, so that there is less noise and disruption than with building a concrete-and-wood home, but there are workmen and activity next door. If you would like a current update as to the construction progress and details, please inquire, and we'll get that information for you.

Features and Amenities
The main level has a living room and full kitchen, with an air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite adjoining; pocket sliding doors open from both rooms onto the deep covered verandah set with a pool. Below, via a sheltered exterior staircase, is the lower air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite. Ylang Ylang is beautifully furnished and very well equipped for your vacation pleasures, with lots of extra amenities.

Staff and Services
On-site management is, from time to time, in apartment beneath Mandavilla (which is next door.) He's there if you need him for seasoned advice on island activities and anything else you might want to know, but your vacation privacy is,of course, completely assured at Ylang-Ylang.

This property is so conveniently located near Cruz Bay - just a short walk or about a 1-1/2-minute drive away for shopping, dining, island-style nightlife, and all the holiday fun St. John has to offer.
