Villa Description

Experience the stunning sight of desert colliding with sea: situated at the southern tip of Baja California, Cabo San Lucas is a place where sun, sea, and earth unite create a vacationer's haven. In the neighborhood of Pedregal, Casa W is a perfect choice for your group to stay while they experience this haven.

Casa W is elegant and formal, featuring marble floors and showers, and granite countertops. Outdoors, the large pool and Jacuzzi is fully surrounded by Cantera tile, and offers such amenities as a fire pit, outdoor shower, large BBQ and a large variety of seating, including King and Twin size lounge chairs.

A full wet bar, including automatic ice-maker and fridge, as well as shelving for glasses and bottles, encourages outdoor living and enjoying desert living to its fullest.

• Pedregal has a strict policy against excessive noise. A $1000 noise fine is enforceable by local authorities
• Spring Break groups are allowed but only under the condition of the spring break rules. Please inquire with one of our Villa Specialist for further notice.
• A non-refundable Travel Guard Insurance is required for every reservation. Please inquire with one of our Villa Specialist for further notice.
• A per hour fee is charged for early check-in and late check-out times
• Minimum nights for regular rental periods (not Christmas/New Years) is 8 bedrooms/3 nights
• A 50% deposit of total stay is required
