If you're searching for an island getaway where you can spread out and relax in cozy oceanfront accommodations, you've found it. Sunset Point is a spacious 4000 sq/ft oceanfront villa overlooking turquoise Caribbean waters, and can easily accommodate one or two families.

Located in Ocean Point on the island of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, Sunset Point is surrounded by nearly half an acre of lush landscaping. This comfortable oceanfront cottage rental features four air-conditioned bedrooms, five baths, and wraparound decks with great views.

The master bedroom suite in the upper story of the main house includes a gallery window that looks out over the living room area below and boasts an unrivalled view of turquoise Caribbean waters. The adjoining wing of the home, connected by covered decks, houses the other three bedrooms. The oversized and airy first floor bedroom suite includes a conversation area with couch and chairs, and a loft level with futon bed.

With a private pool, game room, large kitchen, and outrageous ocean views from every room in the house, Sunset Point is a great getaway beach home which is comfortable with a simple island style and convenient to the airport and shopping, but away from the noise and the crowds.
