Baraka Point is an exclusive beachfront estate offering barefoot luxury, full resort amenities and excellent service from a dedicated staff of six. Sitting peacefully on a headland in the Caribbean Sea with 280 º views, Baraka Point Estate enjoys a built-in sense of privacy from the spectacular reef that extends across the bay while a series of giant boulders line one of the island’s quietest beaches to provide guests with their own secluded corner of paradise.
Designed to feel like a home away from home, this 12,000 sq ft villa is decorated with handmade silks and hard wood furnishings, and is surrounded by two acres of lush palm gardens for maximum privacy. The villa’s handsome copper-peaked pavilions sleep 16 guests with additional accommodation in the Games Pavilion which has a billiards table, home movie theatre, a wet bar and an outdoor lounge with steps to Baraka Point’s private beach area.
A spacious Main Pavilion incorporates open plan living, dining and entertainment areas including soft-on-the-feet coral stone terraces, an infinity pool, and an al fresco dining area with shade sail for sanctuary from the midday sun. Baraka Point’s layout lends itself to hosting large families or groups of friends, corporate retreats, weddings and special celebrations.

BOATS - To satisfy any water-babe’s sense of adventure Baraka Point has a ski boat for wake-boarding, water-skiing and tubing, a Hobie Catamaran, sea kayaks, a giant sea trampoline and a 25 foot luxury Nautica RIB for snorkeling trips, beach picnic drops and island tours.
BEACHES - Discerning castaways have their choice of 3 beaches at Baraka Point—Set up camp for the day in Baraka Point’s private Beach Area with outdoor SONOS music system, padded loungers, umbrellas and giant built-in day bed. Water sports on Baraka Point’s ski boat, additional trips on the 25 foot Nautica RIB, spa services, yoga/Pilates and personal training sessions, meals, beverages, wine from the cellar, nanny services and 4 x 4 SUVs are an extra charge.
Use of Baraka Point’s sea trampoline, Hobie Cat sailboat, 4 x 4 Beach Buggy, sea kayaks, snorkelling equipment, children’s activities and one snorkel trip or island tour on Baraka Point’s RIB are complimentary.
Note: All staff members live outside Baraka Point Estate so guests’ privacy is assured. When in service staff are attentive, but discrete. Pools, gardens and pavilions are maintained and cleaned at times and locations that do not disturb our guests.

Getting There
Guests are strongly advised to fly DIRECTLY to Virgin Gorda airport where possible from San Juan, Puerto Rico with Air Sunshine (commercial airline) or by private charter flight (with Island Birds or Fly BVI). Guests who travel to St Thomas, USVI can fly to Virgin Gorda using these services or take a private charter boat or Dohm’s Water Taxi. For clients who prefer to travel to Beef Island/Tortola airport Baraka Point staff can arrange a charter boat to pick them up from the airport.
Guests are met on Virgin Gorda at the airport or charter dock by Baraka Point staff and escorted to Baraka Point (10 mins).
Transfers from the Virgin Gorda airport and ferry dock and a Welcome Cocktail reception at Baraka Point are complimentary
