Silent Waters is one of the most glamorous luxury rental villas in Jamaica. This award-winning holiday home is distinguished by world-class architecture, design and decor, breathtaking location, and exquisite accommodations and service.
The private tennis court on the pinnacle of the hilltop commands breathtaking views of the Caribbean, as well as the Great River which is the second largest river in Jamaica. Four PGA class golf courses are within a 30-minute drive. Several beaches are located within a 15-minute drive from the villa.
This luxury villa rental in Jamaica includes the gracious staff - property manager, office assistant / IT, head chef, assistant chef, butler / bartender, three housekeepers / food servers, maintenance supervisor, three gardeners, driver and security guard… 14 in all.
The property is selected, perhaps more than any other private villa in Jamaica, by brides for a destination villa wedding. Additionally, other luxury villas are located within close proximity for hosting other guests within the wedding party.
Silent Waters Villa is 6 miles west of Montego Bay on the North Coast Road. Located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, the site consists of 18 acres. Twelve buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools occupy five acres. Five villa suites - 9 air conditioned bedrooms accommodate as many as 18 guests. With the addition of the owner’s private villa - 1 air conditioned bedroom up to 20 guests may be accommodated.

Whether you are planning an intimate sit-down dinner for 20 guests, a buffet dinner for 54 guests or an elegant cocktail party for 150 or more guests, our staff will assist you every step of the way. Gourmet meals are served which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner and are prepared exclusively for Silent Waters’ guests. Cost is ~$560 per adult per week; children ages 3 to 12 is ~$280 per child per week and children younger than age 3 is complimentary. In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips. Wine, liquor, soft drinks, bottled water and fresh fruit used at the bar are additional and are billed locally. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events. - All rates quoted are excluding GCT (Jamaican Government Consumption Tax).
