Villa Description
This property is 6 miles west of Montego Bay on the North Coast Road. Located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, the site consists of 18 acres. Twelve buildings, helicopter pad and tennis court occupy five acres.
The paved entrance road is elegantly landscaped with stately Royal Palms. Black and gold wrought iron gates designed by the owner and brought from Thailand mark the entrance to the property. Hand-carved teak doors from Bali lead to multiple interior areas in textures of Travertine marble, Brazilian granite, cedar and teak.
Colorful gardens are accented with ancient carved Balinese, Burmese, Thai and Chinese statuary. Serene lily ponds and turquoise pools stocked with Koi fish, separate various living spaces within the villa compounds heavenly for yoga retreat.
There is no road access to the densely wooded property above Silent Waters. Privacy is assured. Sophisticated electronic security and video monitors ensure that only invited parties may enter the villa compound.
Bedroom and Bathroom Description
Five villa suites (9 air conditioned bedrooms) accommodate as many as 18 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a radio, CD player, LCD TV with DVD. Addition of the owners private villa (1 air conditioned bedroom) enables 20 guests.
Suite 1: Upper Level–1 King Bed, Lower Level–1 Queen Bed
Suite 2: Upper Level - 2 Queen Beds, Lower Level-1 Queen Bed
Suite 1 and 2 are individual bedrooms that share a detached bathroom in each suite.
Suite 3: 1 King Bed - 1 Queen Sofa Bed
Suite 4: Upper Level-1 King Bed, Lower Level-1 Full Sofa Bed
Suite 5: Upper Level- 2 Queen Beds, Lower Level-1 Full Sofa Bed
The lower levels of #4 and #5 are sofa beds and open to the Main Bedroom area with no door. They share a bathroom as well.

Outdoor Features
The hub of the villa compound is the 900-square-foot Main Pavilion. A few steps across the terrace are the breakfast gazebo, dining room and open-air bar with 42" Sony LCV TV with DVD and cushioned seating for 22. A infinity edge reflection pool wraps around the al fresco breakfast gazebo and dining pavilion. The is an outside pool bar with seating for 16 and a television and a DVD. A garden path leads up the mountain to the very private owners villa which accommodates two more guests.
For the more active guests the villa is equipped with a computerized rowing machine, bicycle and treadmill. There is also a Deco surface tennis court.

Silent Waters welcomes the opportunity to host your special event. Whether you are planning an intimate sit-down dinner for 20 guests, a buffet dinner for 54 guests or an elegant cocktail party for 150 or more guests, our staff will assist you every step of the way. Food and Beverage
Gourmet meals are served which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner and are prepared exclusively for Silent Waters’ guests. Cost is ~$560 per adult per week; children ages 3 to 12 is ~$280 per child per week and children younger than age 3 is complimentary. In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips. Wine, liquor, soft drinks, bottled water and fresh fruit used at the bar are additional and are billed locally. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.
Staff and Services
The excellent staff includes the chef, butler, housekeepers, driver, night watchman, maintenance supervisor, gardeners, assistant property manager and property manager ! 14 in all.
Gratuities are not included in th erental rate. While many hotels automatically add this service charge to the guest’s bill, it is merely suggested that if the guests are satisfied with the service during their visit, a gratuity of 10% to 15% of the rental rate be given to the Property Manager at the end of the visit. This amount will be shared among the entire staff.
Getting There
Montego Bay airport round trip transfers are complimentary. A driver and 7-passenger plus driver air-conditioned Toyota Kijang station wagon are available on a weekly basis for ~$775 per week. The first tank of petrol is complimentary and petrol used thereafter is charged to the guest at market cost. A second 7-passenger plus driver air-conditioned Toyota Kijang station wagon with driver is also available on a weekly basis for ~$775 per week. This second vehicle and driver can be contracted for a minimum of 3 consecutive days with at least 2 days advance notice.
A driver’s day is considered to be 12 hours maximum unless alternate arrangements are made. For excursions a 29-passenger bus is available for ~$275 per day.
