Tri level "Eden" is right on the sea, overlooking the excellent beach, large lagoon-style swimming pool and lush tropical gardens of the exclusive and private enclave of eight villas that comprise Merlin Bay.

Three a/c bedrooms, one on lower level that opens to a covered terrace, generous plunge pool and private ocean front terrace. Two bedrooms on the upper level, one with private balcony. Stairs from master bedroom lead up to a private roof garden terrace. "Eden" offers wonderful sea views. Steps lead down to quiet beach where there is excellent swimming and snorkeling. Table and chairs on both upstairs and downstairs patios and lounge chairs on sun deck.
