Villa Description
The upper entry level opens to two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and one with two twin sofabeds and a sunroom alcove with a full sofabed, perfect for small children. A few steps below is the main level with a large open kitchen (just completely remodeled in summer, 2008), a formal dining area, living area, a private office with computer, Wi-Fi and an all-in-one printer, a powder room, and a private third bedroom (queen) suite with a sitting area.
The main level opens out to the new roofed verandah which spans the entire front of Sand Dollar, providing a perfect place for casual dining, cocktails and conversation, and for taking in the relaxing panorama of blue Magens Bay and beach.
A short flight of stairs from the verandah takes you down to the spacious pool level and its three air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own separate bath and sitting area. The entire pool level can function as a living area separate from the main villa above; its adjoining bedrooms work perfectly for families with small children or for guests who require assistance. The pool area features a sun deck, pool, gazebo and an alfresco dining area equipped with a professional gas grill and sink. Just off the pool area, stairs cascade down approximately 35 feet to the magnificent white sand beach below, the true crown jewel of Sand Dollar.
Whether you're into snorkeling, fishing, beachcombing, or just dangling your feet in the warm Caribbean waters, Sand Dollar Estate is the luxury vacation of a lifetime. Surround yourself with the best of nature as you watch pelicans dive and stingrays vacuum the ocean's floor. Very secluded, and secure with an electronically-gated entry.
Just next door is Little Sand Dollar, a 1400-square-foot stone cottage with a stairway down to its own private white sand beach, slightly apart from Sand Dollar's white sand pocket beach. It's fully air-conditioned and offers a well-equipped kitchen, 1-1/2 bedrooms, and a covered verandah overlooking Magens Bay. Originally designed as an artist's studio, Little Sand Dollar is perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family.

A new three-level home gym and spa pavilion is being completed at one end of Sand Dollar's pool deck and will be ready in late January! The spa level has TV with DVD player, iPod dock, a rain shower, hydrotherapy tub, a massage table, etc. The details on the gym level's equipment are as follows: Precor Treadmill, Elliptical Cross Trainer, Recumbent Bicycle + Weight-Training System, a 32" Sony Plasma TV with DVD player, iPod dock +Bose Audio System. The gym is fully air-conditioned and also has a powder room. The rooftop of this new pavilion will serve as a private sunbathing deck with custom bed for two for getting a tan!
